Vision 202 is a collaborative process between the community and Lisle Community Unit School District 202,
facilitated by community members, focusing on the achievements, needs and other key issues involved in
maintaining a successful educational experience for students.

In order to create a collaborative forum, five Community Engagement Sessions, or
workshops, were held during the Spring of 2015 in which parents, non-parents, business
owners, employees, District 202 representatives and other community members had the
opportunity to share ideas and discuss topics in small groups as a way to provide input to the
School Board.

Community Engagement Session topics focused on key issues impacting Lisle 202 students and
schools including student achievement, programs & services, finance, and facilities. Information
learned along with community feedback in each session contributed to the development of a
community-wide collaborative vision for the future of Lisle CUSD 202.
